Illustrated vinyl record packaging, sleeve, and discs
The goal for this design was to create a cohesive solution for an old radio show record, interpreting the content with illustrated elements and carefully considered typography. Based on the mid 20th century "Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" radio show, the maximalist cover intentionally recalls the scattered, busy character of Sherlock.
Hand-drawn typography, illustrations, and collage elements connect the different design elements while also providing dimension, mystery, and narrative storytelling.
